COVID-19 Response 2020-2022

This letter is written in response to your offer concerning various measures to stop COVID-19 in Hong Kong, including your offer to add additional restrictions beginning 24th February 2022.

The COVID-19 situation has been ongoing in Hong Kong for two years.  During the past 24 months, you and your colleagues have directly overseen the following: -

·      Draconian lockdowns of the entire city

·      Intense propaganda, coercion and intimidation of various sectors of society to receive experimental, emergency use authorization only vaccines and mRNA medical devices without their or their guardians’ fully informed consent

·      Quarantine, masks and vaccines that have cost billions of HKD, without dialogue or basic discussion with the Hong Kong population, resulting in a draining of the government coffers

·      School restrictions

·      Restrictions on eating, drinking, socializing, fitness, arts, culture, religious practices and observances

·      Psychological damage and trauma to children and adults alike

·      Travel restrictions both to and from Hong Kong, making leaving and entering the city virtually impossible for its citizens

·      Forced use of masks which can only be viewed as a forced medical intervention

·      The slaughter and destruction of pet animals, on the basis of a not-fit-for-purpose “test”

·      Business collapse across a number of sectors which severely and negatively impacted and continues to adversely affect the vast majority of Hong Kong’s population

·      Financial ruin of both businesses and individuals in Hong Kong.

The situation, created under your oversight, has been and remains untenable for most of the population of Hong Kong. Many people have experienced personal financial and business destruction, and vast swathes of people with the means and opportunity to do so are leaving the territory. Almost everyone experiences daily stress from this situation, which in itself is detrimental to health, and should these measures continue to the implemented, very soon Hong Kong will be a shell of its glorious former self.

We accept that you most probably believe you have been doing the right thing, protecting the people of Hong Kong.  By means of this letter we wish to inform you that, in all likelihood, your belief is misplaced.

You are hereby notified that there is a massive amount of information now available globally which strongly suggests the entire COVID-19 “situation”, along with the global vaccination drive, to be based on fraud.  Documents released via Freedom of Information requests, active court cases, court rulings, and police investigations in various jurisdictions support this claim.

If you have been unaware of this information, and unaware of the fraud most likely taking place, let it be known that by means of this letter you are now made aware. With this awareness, you now have the opportunity to investigate and recognise that you are a victim of (perhaps) the greatest deception in human history. You also have the opportunity to take the action required to expose this fraud and prevent further criminal activity. Any failure on your part to take action to clarify and subsequently resolve the situation will, sadly, implicate you in the international fraud that appears to be taking place in front of our eyes.

We do accept the possibility that our claim here is incorrect and, if provided with an affidavit showing how our claim is wrong, sworn under oath by you along with verified evidence, we will gladly correct our claim.

For the remainder of this letter we assume the possibility (not accept the reality) that there might have been (past tense) a deadly disease stalking the world, and that some action was needed. Within that context we wish to address the very serious question of whether or not any of the measures imposed on Hong Kong were proportionate, relevant or even effective. Based on the evidence to hand, including official information provided by HKSARG, the answer to all of these is a resounding “no”.

There is therefore no justification for the continuation of ANY of the policies which you have enforced, and continue to enforce upon the Hong Kong population, specifically:

1.    Vaccination for COVID-19 does not, and has not, prevented COVID-19 infections in Hong Kong.

2.    Labeling unvaccinated people as a risk to society, and blocking their freedom of movement, and right to life, is unnecessary

3.    The ongoing fear mongering about Omicron is clearly inappropriate and certainly no reason to shut down the SAR.

4.    There is no such thing as asymptomatic transmission, yet so-called COVID “cases” were and continue to be, in the vast majority, asymptomatic.

5.    An enormous amount of money has been spent -and more allocated - by the Hong Kong Government to try, in effect, to stop a head-cold. COVID-19 has proven to be less lethal over the past 24 months than an average annual winter flu season is in 12 months.

The above statements are based on responses to official Freedom of Information Requests lodged in Hong Kong, said questions and responses being specifically presented below for your information.

FOIA QUESTION 1. (Hong Kong COVID Infections)

Please state the number of COVID-19 cases to date since the vaccine rollout, stating whether the COVID cases occurred in patients who were vaccinated or unvaccinated.

As you can see from the official data, almost all of the cases in December were present in vaccinated individuals. From 1 March 2021 until 26th January 2022, 73.30% of positive test cases occurred in fully vaccinated individuals. The remaining cohort also included those who had received one dose or those for whom status could not be ascertained, so in fact the number of true unvaccinated individuals falling sick with COVID-19 may be even lower. Certainly, the unvaccinated are not the ones ‘spreading infections’, and despite this they are the ones who are being restricted from open participation in Hong Kong society. There is no sense or logic in this mandate. This also begs the further question, why are the vaccinated individuals getting sick?

FOIA QUESTION 2. (Hong Kong OMICRON Infections)

From the above response we can see that the current symptoms of the “Omicron strain” are quite obviously: -

a. not life threatening

b. mild

c. akin to a cold or flu

d. over half are asymptomatic i.e., not sick.

Certainly, the symptoms stated in symptomatic cases are insufficient evidence to shut down any city, region or country; to stop children receiving a proper education; or to stop people earning a living and infringing upon their inalienable human rights.  The measures that are continuing to be taken, in direct violation of the Hong Kong Basic Law, cannot be justified on the basis of data such as this.

FOIA QUESTION 3. (Health Impact of COVID Variants )

Before Omicron, based on a response to a Freedom of Information Request from 30th September 2021, we learn the following about symptoms from the Delta variant and the “original COVID-19”.

The key highlight here is that with the Delta variant 61% of patients were asymptomatic.

With non-variant cases (i.e. “original COVID”) 49% were asymptomatic with similar symptoms to the above Omicron variant.

The scientific evidence, from multiple peer reviewed papers addressing this topic, is very clear. Asymptomatic means healthy. Not sick. Not a danger to anyone.

Despite this, whether or not a person is symptomatic or asymptomatic, currently all positive cases are admitted to a specialist hospital amounting to a huge waste of public money, as there is clearly minimal danger to human life.

On 22nd November 2021 it was stated that HK$2.70 billion was spent on quarantine facilities alone. When you further add on the cost of vaccines, manpower, masks, advertising etc, for something which amounts to a cold, this huge sum of money should be used elsewhere where it provides more value to the wider Hong Kong society. For instance, these funds could be used to help the poor, homeless and under-privileged.  Or, they could be used in health education around exercise and diet to ensure strong immunity for the entire population.

FOIA QUESTION 4. (Hong Kong Funds Wasted )

While the HKSARG failed to give any information as to the cost of PCR tests or COVID-19 vaccines, the above FOIA request did lead to the following information being divulged:

·               HK$ 8.00 million has been spent on masks by the Department of Health

·               HK$ 2.70 billion has been spent on quarantine camps

From the FOIA response it appears that the Hong Kong government failed to conduct routine basic surveys to determine the rising natural immunity to SARS-CoV-2 in Hong Kong, in stark contrast to much larger, poorer, more resource-stretched countries (in GDP per capita terms) including India and Indonesia.

Failure to attempt to track natural immunity by this or other means constitutes willful negligence, in light of long established best practices for infectious disease outbreaks, all of which follow an attack and decay curve according to Farr’s Law.

FOIA QUESTION 6 (Influenza Deaths and Vaccinations Data 2015-2020)

One of the FOIA questions posed to the Hong Kong administration focused on the efficacy of influenza vaccines. This question was asked so as to establish a baseline for understanding claims being made by HKSARG and the Hong Kong medical establishment vis-à-vis the standard mantras of  “COVID-19 is a deadly pandemic” and  “vaccines are safe and effective”.

Two things are clear from the data presented in those requests and derived from the answers:

1. At 216 total deaths over 24 months due to COVID-19, COVID-19 has been only 71% as lethal over 24 months as the average annual (12 month) winter seasonal influenza in the five years 2015-2020 and

2. There is no clear justification for seasonal influenza vaccines for certain age groups – particularly the young

Thus, ALL measures that exceed those taken to mitigate prior winter seasonal influenza outbreaks have been disproportionate and excessive.

In very many cases in Hong Kong concerning both facial masking and COVID-19 vaccinations, consent has been neither free, nor informed, as required by the law, due to lack of information provided on possible side effects of the enforced treatments and exaggerated claims of efficacy against COVID-19 infection or transmission:

Conclusions:

The above information, provided from your own official sources, shows nothing short of misfeasance, at a minimum, by you personally and other individuals within both government and the private sector who have been pushing a medical programme with no obvious benefits, and massive obvious downside.

Billions of dollars have been spent from the public treasury, and millions of lives have been damaged, all to stop something which can only be understood as something similar to a common cold – a point which is obvious in your own data. Obviously there are occasionally serious outcomes for the cohort of people with serious underlying health conditions and/or very old people in Hong Kong, with the total number in the past 2 years amounting to 216 individuals only. This cannot, by means of any reasonable definition, be called a pandemic.

As such, you are personally and jointly liable for all damages, direct and indirect, incurred by the citizens of Hong Kong.

In light of the above, we, a group of living men and women, and true patriots of Hong Kong and China, request you to reverse the draconian measures currently in place in Hong Kong, and stop any enhanced measures planned for 24th February 2022. Specifically you are requested to immediately cease and desist and implement the following: -

• Reverse the Vaccine Pass and its discriminatory measures. Scanning a QR code for entry to different premises is an infringement of basic and fundamental human rights and a violation of the Hong Kong Basic Law.

• Stop the PCR testing and lockdowns.

• Stop quarantining healthy people. Never at any time in history were asymptomatic persons considered a danger to a society.

• Cease the propaganda, coercion and intimidation to receive vaccines and mRNA medical devices.

• Enable free academic, media, professional and public discussion of the merits and otherwise of these and numerous other treatments – especially prophylaxis and early stage.

• Reverse all school restrictions.

• Remove all restrictions on eating, drinking, socializing, fitness, arts, culture, religious practices and observances.

• Remove travel restrictions and revoke quarantining measures post travel into Hong Kong as well as stop the need for a negative test before flying out of Hong Kong.

• Remove all mask mandates.

• Stop culling of pets.

• Remove all business restrictions imposed to counter COVID-19.

• Cease and desist all disproportionate COVID-19 measures, including all those that exceed the scope or scale of measures taken routinely against annual winter seasonal influenza in the years 2019 and previous.

All restrictions should be removed by midnight on 23rd February 2022.

As context, we note that many countries are reversing their COVID-19 policies, rules and regulations and it is now the time for Hong Kong to immediately do the same.

In addition you are requested to:

·      Provide the currently available official data on all-cause mortality in Hong Kong to date.

·      Provide full information on comorbidities for all COVID-19 linked deaths to date.

·      Provide full information of vaccination status of all deaths in Hong Kong to date.

This information should be delivered to us via email, and presented to the public through all available media channels, before February 23, 2022

If, in the next ten (10) days you provide the following information, we will accept that you acted on valid reasons and will rescind the above requests. Failure to reply or insufficiency of reply will be deemed as agreement with the terms herein stated, and your acceptance of commercial liability in this matter.  In order to avoid this commercial liability, please reply in full with your verified claim.

Specifically, you need to:

1. Prove that there is asymptomatic transmission of SARS-CoV-2

2. Prove that there is, in Hong Kong, a sample of isolated SARS-CoV-2 virus

3. Prove that there is a symptom set that can be labelled COVID-19, and that these symptoms have no overlap with the symptoms of other similar, or non-similar diseases

4. Prove that the PCR test detects ONLY SARS-CoV-2, and that it does not/ cannot give a positive result from any other source of RNA/ DNA

5. Prove that a positive PCR test result means that a person is ill with the disease labelled as COVID-19

6. Prove that a positive PCR test result means that an individual is a danger to others, and can transmit SARS-CoV-2 to others

7. Prove that facial masking significantly reduces transmission of SARS-CoV-2

8. Prove that facial masking causes no harm to mental or physical health

9. Prove that COVID-19 vaccines prevent an individual from becoming ill with COVID-19

10. Prove that COVID-19 vaccines prevent transmission of SARS-CoV-2 to others, resulting in subsequent infection and illness

11. Prove that there is inadequate natural immunity to SARS-CoV-2 among the unvaccinated population and that this immunity is inferior to that conferred by the vaccines in both strength and durability

12. Prove that COVID-19 vaccines are completely safe, and that there have been no reports of injury or death in Hong Kong or internationally, following administration of any of the COVID-19 vaccines currently available in Hong Kong

13. Prove that there are no currently available therapeutics or treatments that can either prevent COVID-19 infections, or successfully treat COVID-19 infections, especially when such treatments are used early in the course of the disease

For your reply to be valid all of the information provided by you must be verified true, and it must be supported by affidavits sworn by you personally, at penalty of perjury.

Your response to this letter should be made public on the day of issue, through all media channels available to you.

Your failure to reply to this letter indicates your full agreement with the claims and statements within.
